Bioinformatician

Baptiste joined Genevia in February 2023 after an early career in academia doing bioinformatics for Genomic Epidemiology at the Danish Technical University. He graduated from a bioinformatics and systems biology joint degree between the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and the Universiteit van Amsterdam.

Baptiste's specialty is working with large metagenomic datasets as he has spent most of his career supporting epidemiologist, microbiologist and biochemists answering a wide range of research questions mostly regarding public health. Driven by his love for challenges, Baptiste looks forward to broaden his skillset in our team.
