As biologists, we have a constant need of good bioinformatics collaboration. We have a very good impression of our interactions with all the people at Genevia. Particularly we appreciated the professionalism and speed in providing offers, results and answers to specific questions.
Take a look at what we have done so far and what our customers say about us.
Our new customers come to us primarily through referrals from previous ones. This means that customer satisfaction is our first priority. Based on our experience, making a customer happy — not to mention exceeding their expectations — requires not only scientifically sound analysis and a rapid turnaround, but clear, honest and frequent communication.
We prefer to work in close relationship with our customers' teams. We want to understand the research context in order to be able to fulfill our customers' needs, and discuss the outcome of the project in order to make sure that they benefit from it.

The increasing feasibility of next generation sequencing promoted our desire to approach this technology. GeneVia provided excellent service in planning, execution and analysis of our experiment. Furthermore, we felt well supported during our collaboration through mail and Skype contact. The project report was well organized with high quality graphics and will be very helpful when publishing the results.
Communication with the Genevia team went smoothly, our collaboration was close and personal, and they adopted their analysis according to our needs.
Genevia team designed us a custom software to explore our epidemiological data. We were very happy with the result.
By contracting NGS and bioinformatics, we were able to better focus our internal resources and still learn about sequencing and bioinformatics. We found that the Genevia team flexibly adapted to our requirements during the project.
Genevia helped us validate the molecular characteristics of our cell lines. I found the communication between our respective field experts fluent. They are very flexible and professional, and their business is clearly driven by customer’s requirements.
Without the help of Genevia team I would not have been able to get my data analyzed at all. I found the collaboration professional, friendly and quite informative for me.
As a part of our work in the fields of biology and medicine, we have been involved in numerous scientific publications. In addition to our own publications, we enjoy collaborating with our customers in order to publish new findings together.
Our clients work in a range of fields, but the one thing they share is the need for computational solutions to increase their R&D and publication output. Click on the icons to see how we have helped our customers.
