Problem
Modern Diagnostics was offering genetic diagnostics services and was in need of a commercial partner to handle their sequencing-related bioinformatics.
Solution
We embarked on an on-going collaboration where we download their DNA sequencing data every time it becomes available, analyze it using our servers, and send their geneticist a report with custom annotations of genetic variants.
Outcome
The company were able to have their variant data analyzed without having to hire a full-time bioinformatician.
