Arttu joined the team at Genevia from the world of IT, where he was involved in tech-related end-to-end talent acquisition across the globe. Unlike others at Genevia, Arttu’s background is entirely in business rather than science, which sometimes makes him wonder if all business and no science makes him a dull boy.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Leadership and is currently finishing his Master’s in Business Development. Arttu ensures that our recruitment processes are not only efficient for the company but also clear and transparent for candidates.
