Eva Domènech-Moreno
Scientific Project Manager
Specialized in single-cell omics and tumor biology, Eva is a passionate bioinformatician with a gift for transforming boring spreadsheets into fascinating findings.
Eva obtained her PhD in molecular biology from the University of Helsinki, where she studied the molecular pathways behind gastrointestinal polyposis associated with Peutz-Jeghers Syndrome. In addition to wrangling omics data, Eva also gained expertise in image analysis by developing a deep learning-based algorithm for the automated classification of gastrointestinal organoids.
When Eva isn’t immersed in bioinformatics, she enjoys playing football, indulging in video games, or taking long walks by the sea.
